Between Winter Winds.

Did you see my feature article on  Fashions Sweethart Saturday morning ?

During this week I will post 4 key looks and break down what trends we will be seeing this A/W. 

With autumn well and truly settled in, young fashionistas need to start making wardrobe preparations for the oncoming cooler months.  Staple pieces are the key and will see you through on coming seasons and eventually save you the time and money where it counts, getting these pieces together now will make summer/spring a breeze.

This season we will see the return of the princess dress. A typical Fit and flare waisted dress that will make the transition from autumn too winter in 2011 and easy one. With supple pleats, tulip hip lines and simple round or boat necklines this look is for both day wear and party attire depending on fabrication.  Team it with a pair of knee high socks and cute booties for  an elegant modern day “Audrey Hepburn” look and a pair of cat eye sunglasses which is this seasons must have accessory and your key to perfecting an outfit.

Keep your eyes peeled for an evolving trend much like the flowered headband revolution, the detachable collars much the same as the ones we saw in Miu Miu’s Spring 2010 collection will be hitting our streets with attitude to boot, an easy way to differ an outfit, but also an alternative to a 

necklace or long heavy earrings.
